1. The 7-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to most features. A payment method is required to start the trial — this is what unlocks access — but you won't be charged anything during those 7 days.

Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged a cent.

2. After the Trial

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard rate:

• Monthly: $14.97 / month
• Annual: $89.97 / year

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming period and are non-refundable for partial periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Apple App Store Purchases (iOS)

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple handles all billing and refunds. Undersoul cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases — only Apple can.

Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to grant it based on their own policy.

4. Web Purchases (Stripe)

For subscriptions purchased on the web, we'll consider refund requests within 14 days of the charge for:

• Accidental or duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Failure to cancel a trial due to a documented technical issue on our side

Email support@undersoul.app from the address on your account, briefly explain what happened, and we'll get back to you within a few business days.

5. When We May Decline a Refund

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where:

• The 14-day window has passed (for web purchases).
• The account shows signs of abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
• You've already received a refund for a previous billing period.
• The request is for a partial period after the current billing cycle has begun.

6. How to Cancel

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

iOS (App Store)

Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Undersoul → Cancel Subscription.

Web

Account Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel.

7. After You Cancel

• You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• After that, your account downgrades to a free state (you can still log in and export your data).
• You can resubscribe any time.
• Deleting your account (a separate action) permanently removes your data within 30 days.
